| Me...in my Macmillan strip with Cute As A Cupcake(s) |
It was a huge success and so so soooo much fun.
BUT the bestest bit of all is that it raised a whopping woo-yeah-tastic £1457.00 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
I am seriously over the actual moon.
£625.00 on the door for entry and pamper tokens, £490.00 from the auction and then £342.00 from the raffle.
Incredible.
The Girlie Night In Team were fantastic.
I love them more than words and urge you all to check out their website and book them to come to your house and pamper all of your mates.
They did OPI manicures and pedicures, Indian head massages and Swedish back massages.
And while that was going on...in Mahiki's awesome No-Tell Motel Karaoke room, the great girls from Fake Bake were doing spray tans.
I've only ever had one spray tan before and hated it because it/I STANK. But I got in there and got involved and love my Fake Bake tan.
I can't say whipping my kit off in Mahiki is anything that I ever thought I'd do, but when in Rome...
...and then I sent my mum in for her first ever Spray Tan. It's amazing what us two will do after a couple of vodka-sodas.
I'll definitely be getting another Fake Bake - dries instantly and doesn't stink. Winner.
Mahiki were just wonderful - let me have the whole of the downstairs for as long as I wanted and gave all the girls who came cocktails and canapes.
And my brilliant mum and cousin Emma were awesome helpers. Selling raffle tickets, running the auction, helping me set up the tables...
Thanks lovely ladies, love you xx
And as for the delicious cupcakes from Cute As A Cupcake (which were hand delivered and had brilliant Macmillan logos on them) and the brilliant sweets from Sweet Arrangements ...not only did they look great displayed on the tables for the girls but there was certainly none of either left to clear up at the end!
Went down a absolute treat.

Hugest thanks to everyone who helped make my pamper party idea a reality, big love to my F&F who helped on the night and kept me calm and high-fives to all of the girls who attended and bought raffle tickets.
Wow, I'm happy. My current total for Macmillan is now £2,200. Getting there...
